Nutshell: Before having children, Vincent O’Keefe taught writing and literature at the University of Michigan while living in rival Ohio, much to his students’ dismay! His writing has appeared (or is forthcoming) in a variety of venues, including Brain, Child, The New York Times "Motherlode" blog, The Washington Post website, The Huffington Post, The Cleveland Plain Dealer, and What Would MacGyver Do? True Stories of Improvised Genius in Everyday Life, edited by a former editor at Esquire.
